"Erin listens to and understands her clients' needs, and then, skillfully works to ensure those needs are met. She takes the time to complete in-depth research, is attentive to important details, and gets results. What's more, she does it all with a smile. Erin was a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend working with her!" - Clint R.

I have called Colorado home since the age of one when my family moved from Illinois. I have spent 16 years in Fort Collins including time studying at CSU for a Bachelors degree and at UNC in Greeley for my masters degree.

I was a public school educator for 13 years and love helping people with careful listening, clear explanation, and a calm demeanor. I utilize these qualities to support clients through the home buying or selling process and strive to make the experience as comfortable and seamless as possible. My time as an educator has shaped my ability to understand your individual needs and align my support to you uniquely.

I was drawn to my career in real estate by my desire to help individuals more fully realize the life they want for themselves and their family and to give back to my community in a way that can truly impact the way people live.

I currently live in south Fort Collins where my husband and I are raising our two children. I love Fort Collins for its laid back, family-friendly atmosphere, and all the beauty and options it has to offer for my active lifestyle. I have an interest in interior design and enjoy helping others envision the transformation of a space into their own

Erin is one of the most trustworthy people I have ever met. Honest, transparent, intelligent, and hard working, Erin is the embodiment of what you look for in a Realtor. Erin will stop at nothing to ensure her clients are well taken care of, and happy with the results. Erin's background and education demonstrates clearly her determination to help others, in all aspects of her life. I would recommend Erin to anyone seeking a Realtor who provides Clarity of the process, Control of the decision making, and Confidence that the decisions they made were the right ones for their family.
